DIY Candle Making Kit

 This natural full soy candle making supplies set comes with 2 x heart shape glass candle pots with lids,1 bag 250g of soy wax beads, 1 tube wax chips for decoration, 2 x bottles of 10ml fragrance oil, 2 x bottles of 10ml candle pigment, 4 x wicks and 2 x wick fixing sticks.

You can make your distinctive candle to decorate your dinner table, living room or bedroom etc. You can adjust your favourite aromatherapy flavour according to your own preferences, and use it when you are doing yoga or reading a book.

1. Stock the wick to the bottom of the container.

2. Place the wooden stick with the hole across the top pf the container.

3. Use a container with a handle to dissolve the wax beads.

4. Stir to dissolve completely

5. Add the colour pigment

6. Add the fragrance and stir well.

7. Pour into the candle container

8. Allow to cool at room temperature for 2-3 hours.

Step 1 & 2: Attach the wick by dipping into melted wax then quickly sticking it to the bottom of the container. Let the wax sit for five minutes to harden/ Alternatively, you can use the sticky pads included in the set. Next, place the wooden stick with the hole on it on top pf the container right in the middle or wrap the wick around a stick and place this on top of the container. This is to stop the wick from moving in the melted wax.

Steps 3 & 4: How to melt the wax: Place wax beads into your container and heat on hob until dissolved. We suggest using an old container placed in a pot of water. For heating the wax we recommend a maximum temperature of no more than 75 degrees Celsius. Stir to dissolve completely.

Step 5 & 6: Add the colour pigment. Use the right amount according to your personal preference. Then add the fragrance ( up to maximum of 10ml). Mix the melted was well.

Step 7 & 8: Before you pour the wax into your container let it cool a few minutes. Then pour the melted wax slowly and carefully into the container and allow to cool. The hardening of wax should take approximately 2-3 hours at room temperature.
